| 1. | Compulsory Rural Posting after completion of MBBS course . | After completion of MBBS course all the candidates have to do one year compulsory rural service or 5(five) years of state health service. |
| 2. | Resident Specialist Services by the Post PG Diploma/Degree candidates . | All the PG degree/diploma candidates in Assam medical colleges after completion of their course shall work in Secondary and Tertiary care government hospitals of Assam for a period of one year. |
